How to use your card:
Visit our store. Present the card in our store once each calendar month and receive a free bouquet,
specially selected depending on the flowers available that week. Platinum members; one of the twelve
uses of the free bouquet special may be a dozen roses when you choose. Dozen roses order is for 12
boxed or vased red premium roses or mixed colors that are available at time of order. Dozen roses must
be ordered two business days in advance.
Flower Club bouquets, discounts, coupons, and specials, do not apply to orders out of our delivery area.

Flowers keep on giving all throughout the year. A great way to say thank you, the recipient can come in and
get flowers anytime they choose. Your gift can arrive with a handmade card, the membership card, an
informational sheet, and the first free bouquet. A truly unique gift idea!
Details:
Bouquets are selected by store personnel. Some weeks other products may be offered. Bouquet value will
be $20 market value at time of order. Arrangements will be at least $45 value. Bouquets are wrapped
presentation style, and do not include a vase. Delivery of free bouquet is an additional charge.
Memberships are registered and are not transferable, once registered, unless purchased as a gift
membership. Card is valid for one calendar year from purchase; excepting gift memberships. Email
address, credit card authorization, and anniversaries and Free Flowers each month at Designs by Doe is
limited to bouquets available at the time of order, and birthdays are required, to be associated with the
card. More specials go out regularly by email for cardholders only. Discounts apply only to paid orders,
possibly not those charged to account.
Due to market prices rising, free bouquets and free dozen roses may not be redeemed during the following
holiday periods: one week prior through Valentine's Week, Mother's Day Week, and the week of Christmas.
Additionally, but rarely, some other periods may be "blacked out" for other circumstances.

wallet, and when occasion arises to refer us to a friend, family member, or co-worker who needs to send

and the word spreads. The increase in our customer base is well worth the free flowers we give away.
Flower Club memberships are sold in limited numbers each year. All Flower Club members sign up for
our reminder service; we call you to ask you to order for your anniversary and birthdays.

Unredeemed bouquets will not be made up or refunded. Credit card authorization, allowing us to charge
your card when deliveries or other orders are placed, must be provided prior to first use when registering
your card (membership), or claiming your first free bouquet, and remain current throughout the
membership term. Terms of the flower club may change, current terms are always available on our
website.
The Flower Club represents a credit account between the customer purchasing a membership and
Designs by Doe, with the monthly free gift and discount offers available only to account holders. Your credit
account is secured with your credit card number; i.e. ANY charges against your account made to Designs
by Doe may be debited from your card number on file. For example, delivery of a free bouquet, obtaining
more than one free bouquet in any calendar month, ordering any order associated with your name or club
card number and not paying the invoice according to terms. Purchasing a flower club membership is
deemed to be acceptance of this credit agreement without any further authorizations, forms or signatures
needed. Flower Club members hereby agree by purchasing a membership that no guarantee is made to
the number or type of products that will be received during membership. Purchaser must be authorized
user of the card number associated with the flower club credit account. Accounts that do not have an active
credit/debit card number on file may be immediately terminated and no further "free" gifts or discounts
given. The flower club program may be terminated at any time with no further obligation to the Club account
holders.

file. Refer any friend or family member to place an order with us, and earn Doe Bucks for their purchase.
