Delivery, fees and taxes will be added to all orders,

FREE DELIVERY SPECIALS:
All orders requesting free delivery must be prepaid at time
of order with a credit or debit card. Orders must be a
minimum of $34.95 in product. Orders must be going to a
Columbus address with no timed requirements (excepting
funerals). Orders must be placed for at least next day
delivery.
HOSPITALS: Riverside Methodist, Ohio State University
(main and east), Mount Carmel West, Grant Hospital are
always free delivery when ordered Monday through Friday
by 2 pm and when you purchase a minimum of $34.99 of
product.
FUNERAL HOMES: Funeral homes are always free delivery
when ordered Monday through Friday by 2 pm for the next
day's delivery and when you purchase a minimum of
$34.99 of product. Funeral homes must have a Columbus
address.
HOLIDAY ORDERS (7 days prior to and including any
holiday) are not eligible for the free delivery special. Only
43201 and 43212 are free delivery during a holiday period
and not with same day delivery.
SUNDAY delivery is not included in the free delivery special.
Our FREE DELIVERY ZONE is the following zip codes:
43201, 43212, 43215, 43210, 43206, 43202,43221 (Order
must be a minimum of $34.99 product). To receive this
offer, you may call in your order and mention this offer, or
place your order online. Delivery cannot be timed.
Credit/debit card orders only. Offer valid until 12-23-07.
Zip codes 43201, 43210, 43215, 43212, 43206, 43202,
43221 are free. Other Columbus zip codes are assessed
a delivery charge. The outskirts of Columbus: Hilliard,
Dublin, Worthington, Polaris, Westerville, New Albany,
Gahanna, Reynoldsburg, Grove Cities, etc. Require a
delivery fee.
WIRE OUT (RELAY) ORDERS: Orders sent beyond our
delivery area always require delivery. Those rates are
assessed by the receiving florist. We don't charge any fees
(when order is placed online). Other florists charge fees to
offset their costs of being a wire service member. But we
find a florist in your destination zip code and give them the
order to save YOU money. Most family florists will deliver an
order to their home zip code with no delivery charge. Our
free (no fee) wire out service applies only to orders placed
online with us and cannot be for same day delivery.
Tax will be added to all the products in online orders
with a billing address in the State of Ohio and being
delivered in the State of Ohio. Orders crossing state
lines are not subject to sales tax.

Wire-out or relay fees, for sending an order out of town,
are $4.95 for each delivery. Free when your order is

Shipping, for products like gift baskets and candles, or
for "fedex" next day service on certain floral products,
are 35% of the order total, with a minimum fee of $25.00.

Our delivery drivers make a living earning the delivery
charge on your order. The current rates are in the chart
below. All online orders will have the delivery fee added
to them, before your card number is transacted.

REFUND / RETURN POLICY
No refunds are made. One replacement or exchange will occur under the
following conditions. Delivery and fees are not refundable. Product must be
returned to our store. Store credit will be issued to purchaser on phone/web
orders or recipient may exchange in our store for anything of value equal to the
amount of the purchase. All refunds, returns, and exchanges must be requested
within 48 hours of delivery or purchase. Gourmet and food basket products are
only returnable if unopened and/or in delivered state. Floral orders not
acceptable must be requested within 48 hours of delivery or purchase. Any flower
or plant order not acceptable to the sender or recipient may be presented in our
store for replacement at equal value to the purchase. Flowers and plants
delivered to funeral homes and memorial services are not eligible for any
