MODERN DESIGNS and PRICING
We produce what is termed in the industry modern designs. This means generally less materials of higher quality where the emphasis is on
design and the art-form over the quantity of flowers. We guarantee both the quality of our product and the satisfaction of the customer and
recipient, replacing the product if those are not met satisfactorily. Traditional style designs should be specified to avoid confusion when
placing an open order. Pricing is calculated not solely on the flowers used, but a labor charge is included and sometimes up-charged for more
difficult or time consuming designs. This is why a dozen roses is not twelve times the price of a single rose.

Delivery, fees and taxes will be added to all orders, where applicable. Our drivers are paid your delivery fees. Our delivery drivers make a
living earning the delivery charge on your order. The current rates are in the chart below. All online orders will have the delivery fee added to
them, before your card number is transacted. Orders called special orders, requiring a pick up of specially ordered materials, will be charged
an additional $10 fee.
REFUND / RETURN POLICY: NO REFUNDS
That being said; a refund may be issued under the following conditions. Delivery and fees are not refundable. Product must be returned to our
store. Store credit will be issued to purchaser on phone/web orders or recipient may exchange in our store for anything of value equal to the
amount of the purchase. All refunds, returns, and exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of delivery or purchase. Gourmet and food
basket products are No refunds are made. One replacement or exchange will occur under the acceptable must be requested within 48 hours
of delivery or purchase. Any flower or plant order not acceptable to the sender or recipient may be presented in our store for replacement at
equal value to the purchase. Flowers and plants delivered to funeral homes and memorial services are not eligible for any replacement or
refund.
TAX
Tax will be added to all the products in online orders with a billing address in the State of Ohio and being delivered in the State of Ohio.
Orders crossing state lines are not subject to sales tax.
SHIPPING
Shipping, for products like gift baskets and candles, or for "fedex" next day service on certain floral products, are 35% of the order total, with a
minimum fee of $25.00. Shipping fees are non-refundable; under any circumstances.
PRIVACY STATEMENT
Your privacy and the security of the information you provide to us, when using our website, in email with us, and by telephone- is very
important to us; as well as the personal information we collect. Here are some common questions regarding privacy and collected information:
• How do you plan on using their information? Information about you is used only insofar as to complete the order that you have placed with us.
• Is their information sold or shared with a third party? Never. No information about you or your order is ever released without your express
prior consent.
• Why do you collect their email address and how will it be used? Your email address is retained for our own use in sending out periodic email
newsletters and offers.
• Why do you track their IP address? We do not. When using the Paypal system, from our website, Paypal may have different policies from
ours.
• Do you have security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under your control? We do protect your
information. Your order data, if taken on paper, will be shredded upon completion of your order. Any electronic accounting information kept
about you and your order is kept in the current accepted safe standards.
• Let your visitors know how they can opt out of your mailing lists. You may respond to any email with the word "remove" in the subject line to
be taken off of our email list.
• Provide your visitors with your contact information, should they have any questions in regard to your privacy statement. Contact: 614-795-

• What about their credit card information? When using the paypal system, we are never aware of your credit card information. Phone orders
taken have the credit card information shredded after use. The exception is those customers asking for their information to be kept on file. In
those cases, their information is kept secure with current software designed for that purpose.
