Great gift idea for your child or friend away from home. by Jennie Lehman at Insider Pages 05/19/09 My daughter and boyfriend was in Columbus for the week-end. Considering they were busy till late a snack/fruit basket for their hotel room was perfect for them. They asked about things that she would like and included those things into the crate. The crate was waiting for them in there hotel room and let me say it was very welcome after a long day. Everything was wonderful. The staff was SO helpful and even e-mailed me a picture of the basket. Although my daughter and her friend Really enjoyed their gift, I enjoyed it just as much. As a mother it was a good feeling knowing that at least they would have something good to eat though-out the week-end.

Customer Service Above & Beyond by Taffy Westerman at Insider Pages 01/04/10 I live in Seattle, and used Designs By Doe to send a bouquet to a friend at OSU Medical Center in Columbus. Designs By Doe tried to deliver the bouquet the same day I ordered, but the hospital insisted that my friend wasn't registered there. When they tried again the next day, they were told the same thing. Even though this was a very busy time for deliveries (New Year's Eve), they tried again several times that day, and the owner even walked the bouquet to the correct floor at OSU to try and leave it with the nurse's station there. Again, the hospital insisted that my friend was not registered. They eventually had to deliver the bouquet to my friend's home once she was released instead. I was very impressed by the effort they made to get the flowers to my friend sooner, even though a hospital administration error was thwarting their attempts. Fantastic service! by Troy Alvarado at Insider Pages 05/21/09 I purchased centerpieces and a spray for a graduation/award ceremony. The arrangements were stunning. We had rainbow roses floating in a serene globe filled with glass beads; so modern and contemporary. I dealt with both the owner and her son, who were both just fabulous to work with. Their ideas were phenomenal and in the end, I was truly satisfied. I would most certainly recommend them to anyone.
