| Customer Service Above & Beyond Taffy W. 5 Designs By Doe Floral Studio, 1/4/10 I live in Seattle, and used Designs By Doe to send a bouquet to a friend at OSU Medical Center in Columbus. Designs By Doe tried to deliver the bouquet the same day I ordered, but the hospital insisted that my friend wasn't registered there. When they tried again the next day, they were told the same thing. Even though this was a very busy time for deliveries (New Year's Eve), they tried again several times that day, and the owner even walked the bouquet to the correct floor at OSU to try and leave it with the nurse's station there. Again, the hospital insisted that my friend was not registered. They eventually had to deliver the bouquet to my friend's home once she was released instead. I was very impressed by the effort they made to get the flowers to my friend sooner, even though a hospital administration error was thwarting their attempts. The owner and staff were very helpful and courteous throughout. In times of economic hardship, it's customer service that makes or breaks a buying experience, and Designs By Doe went above and beyond to make my experience a pleasant one. Thank you! |
